- WESTOP Vendor Code of Conduct
WESTOP reserves the sole right to accept or decline any application for partnership, exhibition, sponsorship, or participation at its events. All vendors must adhere to the WESTOP Vendor Code of Conduct. Non-compliance with association policies or a determination that a vendor's actions are contrary to the interests of WESTOP may result in the cancellation of engagement and refusal of future participation.
Annual Meeting of the Members
The annual Meeting of the Members takes place during the WESTOP Annual Conference. This year, the meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
